Therapy
Seeking therapy is a brave move, and I'd be honored to support you. I provide individual and relational therapy (families, couples, etc.) attuned to your unique needs. Request a free consultation to see if we’d be a good fit.
I do not offer emergency services. If you need help right now, please check this list of options for support or call 911.
Consultation
We’ve all been there— you have compassion for your clients, but are unsure of your next supportive step. Maybe they’re locked in a cycle you can’t seem to disrupt. Maybe there’s a new understanding of gender or sexuality emerging and it’s unfamiliar to you. It’s a lot to hold, or maybe you’re feeling stuck. I offer consultation as well as ongoing supervision to help you think it all through.
Teaching & Training
“No man can reveal to you aught but that which already lies half asleep in the dawning of your knowledge. If he is indeed wise he does not bid you enter the house of his wisdom, but rather leads you to the threshold of your own mind.” ~Khalil Gibran in The Prophet
My goal in teaching is for learners to leave with actionable skills that fit within their way of being. Whether in a short training or a semester-long course, I love breaking down complex concepts into useful information. I’m passionate about accessibility, the craft of teaching, feedback, and joy.

What if all our movement folks were well?
Realizing the dream of social & environmental justice requires that movement workers at all levels have access to good care as they fight for change. Healing is the work I offer to the movement. I offer packages for organizations interested in consultation & organizational wellness.
